Complaints
If something has gone wrong and you wish to lodge a formal complaint, email complaints@bookiepnice.com. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 21 calendar days, or 45 calendar days for complex matters. The escalation path is described in our complaints policy.

Responsible gambling support

Account closure
To close your account, contact support@bookiepnice.com from your verified email address. Any cleared balance is returned to your verified bank account or PayID, subject to identity, payment and AML/CTF checks. Account closure does not automatically self-exclude you. If you would like to self-exclude as well, please tell us in the same message or follow the steps in our self-exclusion guide.
